Megan Reynolds

I’m honored to serve as Assistant Principal at Montgomery Middle School, a campus that has played a meaningful role in my journey as an educator. I spent seven incredible years here as the visual art teacher, building strong connections with students, staff, and families. I later served as the district’s Visual and Performing Arts Program Specialist, where I supported teachers across Cajon Valley and led arts-integrated initiatives that celebrated student voice, creativity, and community. I’m proud to be back at Montgomery in my second year as an assistant principal, committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and inspiring school environment.

I’m passionate about ensuring every student feels a true sense of belonging and is empowered to grow, lead, and express themselves. I believe in the power of strong relationships, high expectations, and a shared vision to help students thrive.

Outside of school, I enjoy painting, riding dirt bikes, spending time outdoors with my family, and listening to live music. I look forward to supporting the continued success of our students, staff, and school community.
