Hello Montgomery Middle School Families,
My name is Tanya White, and I am honored to serve as the 6th Grade Assistant Principal at Montgomery Middle School. I am excited to join the Montgomery community and look forward to partnering with our students, families, and staff to create a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
I have been in education for over 20 years and have had the privilege of working with students, teachers, and families in a variety of roles throughout my career. I am passionate about helping every student feel valued, supported, and challenged to reach their full potential, both academically and personally.
As a lifelong member of the El Cajon community, this work is especially meaningful to me. I grew up in El Cajon and attended elementary, middle, and high school here, so it is truly a privilege to give back to the community that helped shape who I am today.
Outside of school, I am the proud mom of three incredible sons who are my greatest joy and remind me every day of the importance of building strong relationships with students and families. I understand the value of open communication and collaboration, and I look forward to working together to ensure every student has a successful and rewarding middle school experience.
I am thrilled to be part of the Montgomery Middle School family and can't wait to get to know each of you. Here's to a fantastic school year filled with learning, growth, and success!
